Each day has:
A short walk goal (5–15 minutes)
A simple nutrition focus
One reflection question
🌞 Day 1: Notice Your Energy
Walk: 5 minutes at any time of day.
Nutrition focus: Drink one extra glass of water.
Reflection: When do I feel most tired today?
Why it works: Hydration and movement both improve alertness and blood flow.
🌿 Day 2 — The Lunch Walk
Challenge: Take a 5–10 minute walk after lunch.
Fuel Focus: Add protein to your lunch (eggs, chicken, beans, tofu, yogurt).
Reflection: Did I feel less sluggish after eating?
Why it works: Walking helps muscles absorb glucose and stabilize blood sugar.
🧠 Day 3: Brain Boost Walk
Walk: 5–10 minutes when you feel mentally tired.
Nutrition focus: Choose a balanced snack: protein + fiber (e.g., apple + nut butter).
